12 MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY TABLECHECK Technologies, Inc. (TCTI) warranties that it will repair
the TABLECHECK Seating Management System (TABLECHECK SMS) of any failure due to defects in
material and/or workmanship free of charge for a period of twelve (12) months from the
date of purchase. TCTI reserves the right to replace any or all inside components in lieu
of repair. If the system needs service or repair TCTI reserves the right to exchange
the damaged component in lieu of repair with a unit of equal or better in function and
design. Defective parts must be returned to TCTI to validate the warranty agreement. Parts
not returned to TCTI will not be covered under warranty and will be invoiced to the
customer. Notify TCTI of any service or repair needs at:
