It is very helpful if you can tell our technician or customer service representative:

  1. How many panels you have?
  2. Are the green run lights flashing on each panel?
  3. When you change a table module do the all other panels and corresponding modules change also?
  4. Is the light on the power supply lighted?
  5. When did you first become aware of the problem?
  6. Do you recall a power outage, dim or flickering lights, or lightening/thunder just prior to the problem?
  7. If the problem is not always present, does the problem occur at a certian time each day?

About TABLECHECK Technologies, Inc.(TCTI)

TCTI was founded in 1992 as prescribed by the laws of the state of Texas.

The product design was completed in May 1990 and installed in four restaurants in Texas. These test installations were successful and some improvements were made to enhance the system. In 1991 two test sites were added. The TABLECHECK Seating Management System was introduced at the May 1992 National Restaurant Association trade show in Chicago, Illinois. To date over 200 systems have been installed in restaurants all over the United States and Canada.
