Cafe Reservations
● Same‑day reservations are not available. All reservations must be made via our website by 11:00 a.m. (local time) on the calendar day prior to your visit.
● When making a reservation, a credit card number and expiration date are required. A temporary hold of ¥200 will be placed per reservation as a deposit (credit authorization). (For debit cards, the amount will be charged and refunded later.)
● We may not be able to accommodate specific seating requests. Thank you for your understanding.
● For reservations of 4 or more guests, please contact us at the phone number below.
● Table use is limited to a maximum of 4 guests and up to 1.5 hours.
●Please make your reservation for the total number of guests including children. Use of a stroller will also be counted as one person.
Cancellation Policy
●A cancellation fee applies starting 24 hours before the reservation time. (Cancellation fee: ¥2,500 per person)
●On the day of your reservation, if 15 minutes pass after your scheduled time, the reservation will be automatically cancelled and a cancellation fee will apply. A cancellation fee will also be charged for no-shows without notice. (Cancellation fee: ¥5,000 per person)
