[Reservations & Booking Information] ● Our shop limits entry to 3–4 groups (up to about 10 people total). Without a reservation, there may be a wait time of 1–2 hours, or you might not be able to enter due to full capacity. ● How to reserve: Reservations can only be made online; phone reservations are not accepted. ● Advance reservations up to the day before: Only 60-minute sessions can be reserved in advance. ● 30-minute & 45-minute sessions: These are offered irregularly. Slots become available only if there’s availability at 11:00 on the same day. (Depending on demand, no slots may be available on a given day.) ● Same-day bookings: Same-day reservations open daily at 11:00 both in person and online. Same-day bookings close 15 minutes prior to each session start time.
[For customers wishing to rent the entire venue] ● Private rentals for up to 10 people are available for “35,000 yen.” (Additional fees apply for groups exceeding 10 people.) For private rental inquiries, please feel free to contact us via email or DM on social media.
[Children & Age Restrictions] ● Children aged 0–2: Admission is free, but interaction with animals isn’t permitted (※ Interaction with capybaras is allowed). ● Children aged 3 and older: They must pay the same admission fee as adults. Interaction with animals is permitted; however, for safety reasons, if they fail to follow staff instructions, interaction will be halted (they may only observe). ● Children in elementary school or younger: They cannot visit alone; a parent or guardian must accompany them.
[Rules for Entry & Use (Important)] ● 13:30–14:30 is a break time; entry isn’t permitted during this period. ● Admission fees also apply to companions and guides. ● No alcohol consumption allowed: Anyone who has consumed even one drink cannot enter. No refunds will be issued in such cases. ● Photography/Video: Live streaming is prohibited as it disturbs other guests. For other social media posts, please be considerate of other guests and staff (e.g., use blurring). ● Food & Drink: Only bottled drinks are provided; no meals are served. ● Temporary closures: Depending on the animals’ health conditions on any given day, we may temporarily close the shop.
[Cancellation Policy (Late Arrivals & Cancellations)] ■ Late arrivals: ● If you’ll be late, please inform us in advance. ● Even if you contact us and are allowed entry, extensions beyond the scheduled end time aren’t possible due to subsequent reservations (your usage time will thus be shortened). ■ Cancellations & Refunds: ● Same-day cancellations won’t qualify for refunds.
