Its time to round up your usual suspects and get dirty with a pinoy takeover for one day only. A long way from home, three Pinoy boys are bringing a taste of it to Dirty Supper.
Arjay is calling in reinforcements: his brother-in-arms Eduardo "Edu" Zamora of The Whisky Library joins him to co-helm the bar. Fords Gin, Tequila Herradura and Woodford Reserve all getting put through their paces with their takes on some pinoy classics.
In the kitchen, our chef Jaz is serving up a spread of Pinoy comfort food cooked the way it's meant to be, hands-on and made to share, the kind that tastes like home no matter how far you are from it.
