Welcome to book a reservation at GMT Italian Restaurant. Please read the following important information carefully before making your reservation.
【Operation Hours】
Lunch
11:30-14:30 (Serving time is available until 13:45)
Weekend Brunch
11:00-14:30 (Last Order: 14:00)
Dinner
18:00 - 22:00(Serving time is available until 20:45)

【Prices】
1.Open Seating Area: For reservations of 9 people or more, a deposit of NT$500 per person is required.
2.Weekend Brunch Price: NT$1,880 per adult.
【Children’s Pricing】
Free for children under 100 cm
Half price for children between 101 cm and 130 cm
Adult price applies for children over 131 cm
3.Private Room Reservations:
【Small Private Room】accommodates about 6–8 guests
Minimum charge: NT$12,000 for lunch / NT$18,000 for dinner. Deposit: NT$8,000.
【Medium Private Room】accommodates about 9–12 guests
Minimum charge: NT$20,000 for lunch / NT$30,000 for dinner. Deposit: NT$10,000.
【Large Private Room】accommodates about 13–16 guests
Minimum charge: NT$28,000 for lunch / NT$42,000 for dinner. Deposit: NT$20,000.

4.A water service charge applies when dining. The restaurant offers imported sparkling and still mineral water. For open seating, a charge of NT$120 per person applies. For private rooms, each bottle is charged at NT$250. Hot water service is available at NT$50 per person.
5.For bringing your own beverages, a corkage fee of NT$800 per bottle for red/white wine and NT$1,200 per bottle for spirits will be charged.
6.Dine-in customers are subject to an additional 10% service charge.

【Reservation Guidelines】
1.Reservations are only accepted within 3 months from the current date. For special requests, please contact us by phone.
2.Each reservation will be held for 10 minutes. If you are late, your reservation will be automatically canceled without further notice.
3.For large groups (more than 9 guests), please call the restaurant to make a reservation.
4.If you need a baby chair, children’s utensils, vegetarian options, or have dietary restrictions, please indicate these in the reservation page or under "Requests."
5.Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll get a confirmation SMS and email. To make changes, click [Cancel Reservation] and rebook online. For prepaid reservations, please call the restaurant to adjust your booking.
6.Discounts from promotions, credit cards, and meal vouchers cannot be combined.
7.Dining guests are eligible for up to 4 hours of free parking per vehicle (parking height limit: 2.1 meters).
8.To protect the rights of all guests, those who miss their online reservations three times (including no-shows without cancellation) will be restricted from using the online reservation system. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel such reservations without prior notice.
9.If a guest books a private event, the restaurant will be temporarily closed to the public during that dining period. For specific dates, please consult the restaurant staff.


【Deposit Policy】
1.If you wish to use dining vouchers or credit card promotions, please indicate this in the “Special Requests” field.
2.For general reservations (9 guests or more in the open area, or private rooms), a credit card is required to secure the booking, but no payment will be charged.
3.Special reservations, such as for specific menus, festive occasions, or holidays, may require a deposit, which must be paid online to complete the booking.
4.In case of cancellation, the hotel will charge the deposit according to the cancellation policy and the specified number of days once the notice is received.
