Welcome to book a reservation at MIPON Restaurant. Please read the following important information carefully before making your reservation.

【Pre-order Dishes】
1.A la carte dishes
(1)Deep Fried Charcoal Shrimp Paste (A deposit of NT$300 per order )
(2)Deboned Chicken Stuffed with Scallops, Abalones, Pork Intestines and Mushrooms (A deposit of NT$3,000 per order )
(3)Signature Taiwanese Soup with Taro, Pork Spare Ribs, and Chicken
(A deposit of NT$8,000 per order )
2.Set Menu: A deposit of NT$1,000 per set will be charged based on the number of reservations.
3.Banquet Menu: A deposit of NT$10,000 per table will be charged based on the number of reservations.

【Prices】
1. Open area: Accommodates about 9–12 guests, a deposit of NT$500 per person is required.
2. Private room reservations: (set menus and table meals only)
【Small Private Room】
Accommodates about 8–12 guests. Deposit: NT$10,000.
Monday to Thursday lunch/dinner, Friday lunch: minimum spend is NT$25,000
Friday dinner and Saturday, Sunday lunch/dinner: minimum spend is NT$30,000
【Medium Private Room】
Accommodates about 13–14 guests. Deposit: NT$15,000.
Monday to Thursday lunch/dinner, Friday lunch: minimum spend is NT$40,000
Friday dinner and Saturday, Sunday lunch/dinner: minimum spend is NT$45,000
【Large Private Room】 accommodates about 15-20 people. Deposit: NT$20,000.
Monday to Thursday lunch/dinner, Friday lunch: minimum spend is NT$50,000
Friday dinner and Saturday, Sunday lunch/dinner: minimum spend is NT$55,000

3.For reservations over 13 people, please contact the restaurant.
4.A water charge of NT$50 or a tea charge of NT$80 will be applied per person for dining.
5.Corkage fee : NT$800per bottle for red/white wine and NT$1,200 per bottle for spirits will be charged.
6.Dine-in customers are subject to an additional 10% service charge.

【Reservation Guidelines】
1.Reservations are only accepted within 3 months from the current date. For special requests, please contact us by phone.
2.Each reservation will be held for 10 minutes. If you are late, your reservation will be automatically canceled without further notice.
3.For large groups (more than 13 guests), please call the restaurant to make a reservation.
4.If you need a baby chair, children’s utensils, vegetarian options, or have dietary restrictions, please indicate these in the reservation page or under "Requests."
5.Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll get a confirmation SMS and email. To make changes, click [Cancel Reservation] and rebook online. For prepaid reservations, please call the restaurant to adjust your booking.
6.Discounts from promotions, credit cards, and meal vouchers cannot be combined.
7.To protect the rights of all guests, those who miss their online reservations three times (including no-shows without cancellation) will be restricted from using the online reservation system. The restaurant reserves the right to cancel such reservations without prior notice.
8.For information and regulations regarding related banquet events, please contact the restaurant staff.

【Deposit Policy】
1.If you wish to use dining vouchers or credit card promotions, please indicate this in the “Special Requests” field.
2.For reservations of 13 or more guests, a credit card is needed to hold the booking, but no payment will be taken.
3.Special reservations, like for set menus or holidays, may need an online deposit to confirm.
4. If canceled, the hotel will charge the deposit according to the policy.

1.Pets are strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. Guide dogs are the only exception.
