We are thrilled to invite you to experience the excitement of live cooking at ICHO, where refined techniques and seasonal ingredients take center stage. Our experienced Teppan Chef’s are excited to serve you an elevated Teppanyaki experience that you will never forget.

From the Chef:
Guests with dietary preferences such as vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, no seafood, or no shellfish, are respectfully requested to advise us in advance, allowing us to prepare and accommodate your needs with care.
To ensure the best possible experience, we kindly ask guests to arrive on time for their reservation. A grace period of 15 minutes will be extended for any unexpected delays; beyond this time, tables may be released to other guests.
Our tasting menus require approximately 2 hours to be enjoyed in their entirety. We kindly ask that guests allow sufficient time to fully appreciate the culinary journey prepared by our team. As Bangkok traffic can be unpredictable, we recommend allowing ample travel time to avoid any inconvenience.

Group Booking:
For larger gatherings requiring more privacy, two private dining rooms are available for parties of up to 8 guests. Requests for 6 or more guests must be made by phone or email to confirm availability. For all private party bookings and further inquiries, contact us at info@bangkok.grandnikko.com.

Dress Code:
We kindly request that all guests observe a Smart Casual dress code.
For the comfort and experience of all diners, flip-flops, open-toe sandals, swimwear, and athletic wear are not permitted. We are grateful for your kind cooperation in preserving a refined and respectful atmosphere.


Reservation Cancellation and Modification Policy:
