● For guests aged elementary school and above... a one-order-per-person policy applies. ● Please note that we may be unable to accommodate requests regarding seat assignments. ● Seating is limited to a maximum of 90 minutes per group.
● If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your reserved time due to personal circumstances, unfortunately, your reservation will be treated as canceled. While we do accept inquiries regarding reservations via DM, it may take some time before we can respond. We are replying to all messages in order, so please kindly understand this. In cases where public transportation is suspended due to typhoons or other events, or if the store must close, we may contact you accordingly. Announcements will also be posted on our Instagram account.
● Until July 7, groups of 5 or more people could make reservations in person at the store; however, this service has now been discontinued, and online reservations for such groups are no longer possible. Through the reservation site, it is possible to make separate reservations for two groups. However, since these are treated as separate bookings, we may be unable to place them close to each other. Please keep this in mind.
Due to system limitations, if you wish to cancel or change a reservation, please follow the instructions on the “Cancellation Page” listed in the confirmation email sent to you. Select either “Cancel” or “Change.” ※ Cancellations or changes requested via DM, inquiry emails, or phone calls cannot be processed.
Additionally, there may be instances where no available time slots remain for changes. In such cases, we regret that you’ll need to cancel your current reservation and rebook for another date and time.
Seat-only reservations can be changed or canceled until 19:00 the day before the scheduled visit; afternoon tea reservations can be changed or canceled until 19:00 two days prior. After these deadlines, we are unable to process any changes or cancellations, so please be aware of this in advance.

● On weekdays, reservations are available only for four time slots: 11:00, 13:00, 15:00, and 17:00. ● On weekends and holidays, reservations are available only for four time slots: 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, and 16:00.
Even if you’ve reserved only seats, depending on availability on the day, it may still be possible to order afternoon tea. However, we cannot guarantee its availability, especially if the allocated quantity has already sold out. Please understand this in advance.
Selecting a different date might reveal an option to add afternoon tea to your reservation. We encourage you to consider this possibility.
