〈Usage Notes〉 ▶ If you cannot make it to your reserved time or pickup location, please be sure to contact us. (This may result in a cancellation.) ▶ To cancel, please do so by 5:00 PM two days prior.
〈Meal Service Location〉 ▶ From October to April, meals are served on-site. ▶ The firewood course is served at “Restaurant Sen” on the 4th floor of the main building. (Lunch starts at 1:00 PM; dinner starts at 6:00 PM.) ▶ The hot-pot course is served on the 2nd floor of the main building. (Lunch options: 11:00 AM or 1:30 PM; dinner at 6:00 PM.) ※ There are no elevators on-site.
〈Riverbed Dining Service〉※ This service has ended for 2026. ▶ From May to September, meals are served on the riverbed. ▶ In case of rain, meals will be served on-site instead.
〈Groups and Children〉 ▶ For reservations of 10 or more people, please contact us by phone. ▶ Generally, children aged 12 and under are not permitted. ▶ If you’re bringing children aged 12 and under, please call us in advance. (Depending on the number, ages, and desired date/time of the children, we may be unable to accommodate your request.) ▶ For any other detailed arrangements, please feel free to contact us directly.
