The highlight of the evening is Hokkaido Wagyu sukiyaki, carefully prepared and finished in front of you at the counter. For those who wish, the traditional Japanese style of dipping into fresh egg will be offered.
The course includes a curated selection of beverages (all-inclusive). Premium wines and special sake are available at additional cost.
Children are welcome if they are able to enjoy the full course in a calm counter setting.
