●Notice from the Restaurant (as of September 2, 2026)
■ Important Notice Regarding Reservations
"AutoReserve" is a third-party service with no affiliation whatsoever with our restaurant. Reservations made through that service are not accepted as official reservations.
Reservations are accepted through the reservation site (TableCheck) linked from our official website. We kindly ask for your understanding.
・We may not be able to accommodate requests for specific seating. Please note in advance that we do not provide high chairs for children.
・Reservations are accepted only through the reservation site (TableCheck). We do not accept reservations by telephone. Thank you for your understanding.
・Reservations are accepted up to 6 hours before your desired dining time.
・We do not accept reservations for parties of one. Solo guests are welcome as walk-ins, though we may be unable to offer a seat during busy periods.
・When seats are available, we also welcome guests without a reservation. Seating is offered in order of arrival, but you may need to wait, or we may be unable to seat you when the restaurant is full.
・If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes past your reservation time, we may have to treat the reservation as cancelled. If you are running late, please be sure to contact us (by email or WhatsApp, listed at the bottom of this page).
・Online reservations are available, but for parties of 21 or more, or for private buyouts, we would appreciate it if you could contact us directly via WhatsApp.
・If children will be joining you, please be sure to indicate this on the reservation form.
・We do not offer a children's menu, and high chairs are not available.
・Menu contents and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
・We ask that one course menu be ordered for each adult guest.
・Prices shown do not include consumption tax or the table charge (300 yen per person).
・When taking photographs, please be considerate of other guests. To protect other guests' privacy, our staff may approach you depending on the situation.
■ Important Notice Regarding Cancellations
・Cancellations and changes should be made through the reservation site, or by contacting us below, before the deadline stated in our cancellation policy. A cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations made after the deadline, including same-day and last-minute cancellations.
・If you arrive with fewer guests than the number reserved without notifying us in advance, a cancellation fee will be charged for the difference. Please always inform us in advance if your party size changes.
・If you are unable to visit due to flight cancellations or delays, or suspension of transportation services caused by severe weather, the cancellation fee will be waived. In such cases, please provide documentation confirming the situation, such as a cancellation or delay notice, a service suspension announcement, or a screenshot of a Japan Meteorological Agency warning. Without such documentation, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
