▶Takeout and delivery reservations are accepted until 3:00 PM on the day of your reservation.
▶Please contact the restaurant to change or cancel your reservation.
▶For takeout reservations, if we do not receive any contact from you more than 30 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
Refunds will not be given, so please understand.

Delivery is only available to hotels in Toyako Onsen town.
▶We accept orders of two or more items in total.
Although the system will record reservations for one item, we do not actually accept reservations for just one item. We ask that you make reservations for two or more items.
▶For delivery reservations, if you do not show up at the specified delivery location, your reservation will be automatically canceled.
