[Important Notes Regarding Reservations]
● Since seating needs to be secured in advance, please be sure to include the number of children when selecting the total number of guests.
● Changes to the reservation time on the day of visit cannot be accommodated. Please arrive at the reserved time.
● Reservations for the day of your arrival in Niseko cannot be accepted.
(The area is prone to weather-related disruptions, which may cause delays or cancellations in public transportation. To prevent any issues in case of late arrival, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.)
● Seat preferences cannot always be fulfilled (for groups of 1–2 people, counter seating may be assigned).
● If you do not arrive within 10 minutes of your reserved time, the reservation may be canceled automatically. If you’re running late, please call us immediately. ※Emails sent on the day of visit may not receive a response.
● Currently, there is a severe shortage of taxis in the Niseko area. Please arrange transportation both ways before making a reservation (we do not arrange taxis for guests).
● Adding or reducing the number of guests after making a reservation is not possible. Please provide the correct number of guests at the time of booking. Any changes must be made via the reservation page in advance.
● Please provide a phone number and email address where you can be reached on the day of your visit.
● For reservations involving 13 or more guests, please contact the restaurant directly by phone.

[Usage Guidelines]
● The maximum allowed stay at a table is 2 hours from the reserved time. Arriving late will shorten this duration, so please be punctual.
● Our establishment operates under a one-drink-per-person policy; each guest must order at least one drink.
● Bringing in outside drinks (wine, sake, soft drinks, etc.) is generally not permitted.
