◆ Please Read Before Making a Reservation ◆
● Reservation changes and cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before your scheduled visit. Changes, cancellations, or no-shows made within 72 hours of the reservation time will be charged 100% of the reservation fee.
● Payment is generally required at the time of booking. If payment cannot be completed due to a payment error, payment must be made upon arrival.
● Guests under 14 years of age are not permitted to enter. Guests aged 14 to 15 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
● The reservation time is 1 hour and includes both check-in and check-out. Late arrivals will not be granted an extension of the reservation time.
● The café is not responsible for any stains, damage to clothing, or other incidents resulting from interactions with the dogs.
