Parking The restaurant does not have a parking area. We recommend taking public transportation, or parking along the roadside and across from the restaurant.
RESTAURANT POLICY - If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled according to the restaurant’s policy. - Dining time is limited to 2 hours. - For 10 or more people reservation, please contact us via e-mail. - The price does NOT include 7% VAT. - Payments by credit card, Alipay, or WeChat will be charged an additional 3% fee. - Customers are unable to enter the restaurant before the reserved time due to the space limitations. We apologize for the inconvenience. - To confirm the reservation, you will be contacted by a staff on the day of your reservation. Please answer the phone or reply to the email for confirmation.
DEPOSIT POLICY - In case of 3 or more customers reservation, a deposit is required - The deposit is 300 baht per person based on the number of customers (NOT including 7% VAT and 3.5% transaction fee) - The deposit will be validated as a discount on the date of reservation ONLY (The discount does NOT include 7% VAT and 3.5% transaction fee). In addition, the deposit CANNOT be exchanged for cash. - In case that the customer requests to reduce the number of diners, the restaurant reserves the right to refund the deposit. However, the deposit can still be used as a discount at the restaurant. - The deposit refund is only available in case of cancellation before 16.00 on the reservation date. The deposit will be refunded within 3 days (3.5% transaction fee will be deducted from the deposit). - The restaurant reserves the right to refund the deposit in any case for non-compliance in restaurant policy. - Please contact us via e-mail if there is a problem of deposit payment.
Cancellation / Reservation Change Policy - If you would like to cancel, postpone, or change the number of diners, please inform us by 16.00 on the reservation date. You can edit or change the reservation by yourself via the e-mail received. If there is a problem, please send us an e-mail.
