Welcome to Kwantip – Samrub Thai Dining Experience Samrub, the Thai tradition of a shared feast served all at once—a complete and harmonious culinary ensemble created for joy and connection. Rather than a procession of courses, Samrub brings together a generous table of contrasting yet balanced dishes, meant to be enjoyed together.
Chef Pom brings together the culinary wisdom of four generations. From the Central Thai recipes passed down by her grandmother at Devavesm Palace to the Southern Thai flavours of her mother from Thung Song, Nakhon Si Thammarat, she carries these time-honoured traditions forward. Today, her youngest son joins her in evolving the cuisine for the modern day, while preserving the integrity and roots of the original recipes.
The menu changes seasonally, approximately every four months. ⸻ PLEASE KINDLY NOTE BEFORE MAKING RESERVATION: Children over 110 cm tall or 5 years of age are considered adults. We do not provide baby seats; however, regular chairs are available should you wish to bring your own child-seat accessories.
Each seating lasts 90 minutes for the Classic and Signature Samrub, and 120 minutes for the Royal Samrub—ample time to enjoy your meal at a relaxed pace. Please arrive on time to ensure a seamless and leisurely dining experience while allowing us sufficient time to prepare for guests in the following seating.
Each guest will be served an individual Samrub by default, allowing greater flexibility for individual preferences, spice levels, and dietary restrictions. Guests may also request the traditional shared-dish Samrub format; however, adjustments for individual spice levels, preferences, and allergies will be more limited. ⸻
Dietary Restrictions Due to the nature of our set menus and the essential ingredients used in traditional Thai cuisine, our ability to accommodate allergies and dietary preferences is limited. Parking Limited on-site parking and valet parking are available. As space is limited and may result in inconvenience or delays, we strongly recommend travelling by taxi or public transport for a more seamless experience. The nearest BTS station is Ari, followed by a short taxi ride to the restaurant. ⸻
Reservation Policy • A THB 500 deposit per guest is required to confirm all reservations. • Deposits will be deducted from the total bill on the day of your visit. • Refunds (where applicable) are subject to a 3.25% transaction fee.

Punctuality Notice • If you arrive later than your reserved time, your dining period will be shortened accordingly, as we may have guests scheduled for the following seating. • We strongly recommend allowing extra travel time due to traffic in the area.

Cancellation & Postponement • At least 5 days’ notice is required for cancellations or changes to your reservation. • Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations or changes made with less than 5 days’ notice. • Refunds (where applicable) are subject to a 3.25% transaction fee.
