◇ KYO operates primarily by reservation.
We accept same-day bookings at the front desk if space is available.

◇ Payments are accepted by card or other cashless methods only.
(Credit cards and various digital payments are welcome.)

◇ A 10% service charge will be added to your bill.

◇ Cancellations
Reservations are considered cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice.
Cancellations within 24 hours of your reservation—regardless of whether we are informed—will incur a 100% cancellation fee per guest.

To cancel, please do so via the reservation website or contact us at

◇ Our tearoom is located at the back of the gallery.
Upon arrival, kindly speak with our front desk staff. During busy times, you may be seated after your reserved time. Please wait in the gallery until we are ready to welcome you. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

◇ Due to our use of seasonal ingredients, we are unable to accommodate allergy-related or dietary modifications.
We regret that we cannot provide vegetarian or vegan options.
For your safety, please note any concerns in the comments section when booking.

◇ Guests under the age of 18
Children in elementary school or older are welcome when accompanied by a guardian.
As we use delicate glassware such as wine glasses, we kindly ask that guests under school age not enter the tearoom.
Please note that we do not offer a children's menu. Each guest, including children, is kindly asked to order one menu: Hakurin or Kanu.

◇ A ¥200 temporary charge will be refunded after your visit.
Please note that the refund timing depends on your card provider.

◇ To make changes to your reservation, please do so via TableCheck at least 24 hours in advance, or email us at sabo.kyo@amahare.jp
with your name, reservation date and time, number of guests, phone number, and your new preferred date/time.
We will respond by email once we’ve confirmed availability.

◇ For parties of 6 or more, private reservations are available in 2-hour blocks.
