Medicinal mushroom shabu-shabu

A specialty restaurant in Omotesando serving medicinal mushroom hot pot. It's the first in Japan to offer individual hot pots, using wild mushrooms from Yunnan and Shangri-La simmered slowly in a piping hot, dark broth that releases layers of delicious flavor. Shabu-shabu with fresh mushrooms and vegetables from all over Japan offers a delightful taste experience.
