＜TOKYO HACHIOJI CRAFT SAKE BELLUSTAR Limited Edition 2024＞ A fresh taste full of fruitiness, like a muscat grape in your mouth, with just the right amount of sweetness and acidity. This sake has a refined aftertaste and allows you to fully enjoy the flavor of the rice itself. It arrives from Hachioji in a special keg that blocks light and oxygen, so you can enjoy freshly squeezed unpasteurized sake from the moment you open it to the last drop. ＜Three types of finger foods made with ingredients from Hachioji Product details＞ All of these finger foods use many ingredients from Hachioji and its surrounding areas. A tart made with mulberry tea from Hachioji, the city of mulberry trees. Inside is a vegetable mousse and crab, and the Tokyo Hachioji Sake Brewery logo is an iconic dish. In the center of the photo is a dish of tuna marinated in local soy sauce and rice vinegar, and pickled wasabi sandwiched between mochi. On the right of the photo is cheese and karasumi tossed in local miso from Hachioji. The moderate saltiness and unique mellow sweetness go well with sake.
