▶Our restaurant is located in the mountains. Depending on the snowfall in the winter, road clearing work and traffic congestion may occur, which may prevent you from arriving as scheduled.
Please allow plenty of time for your arrival.

▶If you are coming by car in the winter, we ask that you use four-wheel drive vehicles with studless tires.
The city road in front of the restaurant is somewhat steep.
If you are unsure about driving, please use the parking lot of the Hakusan Sabo Science Museum in front of the restaurant. It is about a 150m walk to the restaurant.

▶Please feel free to call us with any questions about road conditions, weather, clothing, etc.

▶If you will be late for your reservation, please be sure to call us. If we are unable to contact you within 30 minutes, we may be forced to cancel your reservation. Thank you for your understanding.

▶A cancellation fee will be charged for dining reservations made 3 days in advance and for accommodation reservations made 7 days in advance. Please note.

▶Please contact the restaurant directly if you wish to make a reservation for 7 or more people or for the entire restaurant.

▶Children are welcome to our restaurant as long as they can sit and eat the same course meal as adults.

▶We are unable to accommodate vegetarian meals.

▶Please note that we are unable to accommodate all food inclusions due to reasons other than allergies.

▶There is no dress code.
The area around the restaurant may be slippery after rain or snow.
We recommend wearing comfortable shoes (or rubber boots depending on the weather).

▶We use firewood and charcoal for our cooking, so it is inevitable that your clothes will acquire a smoky aroma. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

▶Please refrain from wearing perfume or cologne. Please be considerate and considerate of your surroundings.
