[For customers reserving a seat] ・You’ll be escorted to your seat smoothly, without having to wait in line. ・The allowed stay time is 80 minutes. (※ For customers without a reservation, the limit is 50 minutes.) ・If you arrive early, we may not be able to seat you immediately. Please make sure to arrive at the scheduled time. ・If you’re late, since there are subsequent reservations, it won’t be possible to extend your stay.
[About the monthly special shortcake] We reserve a certain number of portions for customers who make reservations. No prior reservation is necessary. Feel free to come on the day itself.
[Regarding anniversary plates] We can prepare plates with your name engraved. You can choose from two types: “regular plates” and “monthly special plates.” ・Reservations must be made at least 3 days in advance. ・If a plate isn’t listed on the menu, it’s currently sold out. ・The price of the cake isn’t included. ・On the day, please order whichever cake you prefer.
[Important notes regarding plates] ① Be sure to reserve a seat first, then place an additional order for a plate. ② If you need to cancel a plate order, we’ll refund only the plate fee if cancellation is made by 23:59, 4 days prior to the reserved date.
