[Regarding Fragrances] In order for you to enjoy the delicate aromas and flavors of Japanese sweets, we kindly ask that you refrain from visiting if you are using strong perfumes or products with lingering scents.
[Regarding Table Time] Table usage is limited to 60 minutes. Please note that even if you arrive after your reservation time, we cannot extend your table usage beyond the designated end time.
[For Customers Who Wish to Pick Up Sweets at the Store] This page is exclusively for making reservations for cafe dining. (We are unable to accept reservations for take-out sweets.) [For Reservations of 5 or More People] Reservations made through this page are limited to up to 4 people. For groups of 5 or more, please contact us at the following address. support@sisiri.com
[Regarding Orders] When making a reservation, we request one set per person (excluding children aged 8 and under). Please note that all reservations require prepayment in advance. While our selection of sweets is limited, depending on the day's situation, we may be able to accommodate additional orders placed at your table.
[Regarding Late Arrivals] If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your reservation time without prior notice, we will unfortunately have to automatically cancel your reservation. In such cases, we cannot process refunds, so we appreciate your understanding. Additionally, we may seat other customers at your reserved table.
