1 Less Thought: Kizuki Journaling with Mae Yoshikawa
Kizuki - Japanese for “a moment of awareness” - invites you to notice what already lives within. In this guided journaling session, author-facilitator Mae Yoshikawa offers season-aligned prompts that slow the breath, steady the mind, and clear space for one needless thought to drift away. You’ll leave mentally clear, emotionally grounded, and gently stilled, shaped by a distinctly Japanese sensibility. Prior journaling isn’t required; only the willingness to pause.
