【Reservations】 ● Meal time is limited to 2 hours. ● Changes to the menu on the day of the reservation cannot be accommodated. ● We may be unable to fulfill requests regarding seat assignments. ● If we are unable to reach you 30 minutes after your reserved time, the reservation may be canceled automatically. Please be sure to contact us if you will be late.
【Eel dishes】 ● In December and January, we do not serve eel dishes.
【Reservations for families with children】 ● Children who will be having the same course as adults must be counted as “adults” when making a reservation. ● We do not provide children’s menus, high chairs, or child-sized utensils (such as small spoons, forks, or plates). Please note this in advance.
【Cancellation policy】 For cancellations or changes in the number of guests, cancellation fees will apply as follows, calculated from the date and time of the visit.
＜For reservations with seating only＞ ・Within 24 hours: ¥5,000 per person ・Within 48 hours: ¥2,500 per person
＜For reservations including a course meal＞ ・Within 24 hours: 100% of the reservation fee ・Within 48 hours: 50% of the reservation fee
