For the first course, choose between Black Ink Fettuccine with Lobster and Sea Urchin, a homemade squid ink pasta in a rich lobster bisque reduction with fresh sea urchins and a hint of Sorrento lemon zest, or Black Angus and Castelmagno Risotto with Amaretti Crumble, where creamy Castelmagno cheese and velvety Acquarello rice cradle braised beef rib chunks. The main course features Duck Breast with Marsala Glaze or Mediterranean Herb-Crusted Lumina Lamb Loin, paired with seasonal accompaniments.
