■Reservations Reservations are accepted online only. You may book a table until the end of the month, three months in advance. Please note that reservations open on the 1st day of each month at 12:00 a.m. (Japan time).
■Arrival Time Please arrive by 11:50 for lunch, or by 17:50 for dinner. If you arrive more than 20 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation will be cancelled and a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
■Cancellation Policy 7 days to 4 days before: 30% 3 days to 2 days before: 50% 1 day before and on the day: 100% For take-out orders, same-day cancellations incur a 100% fee.
■Private Dining Available for 7 or 8 guests. For groups of 7, if there is already one guest booked, the dining room will be private. To check availability, try booking for 8 guests online. If available, a private reservation for 7 is also possible.
■Allergies We kindly ask guests with buckwheat (soba) allergies not to dine with us, as many of our dishes contain soba and alternatives cannot be provided. If you have multiple or severe allergies, we may not be able to accept your reservation.
■Children Children of elementary school age and older are welcome, provided they are able to enjoy the same course menu as the adults.
For children who are not able to dine on the full course menu, we kindly ask that you use our babysitting service, located in a separate building on the premises. This service is available for children from 0 years old and includes a meal. Please note that children using the babysitting service cannot be seated in the restaurant.
