This Christmas, let the fire do the work. Onyx Grill invites you to gather your favourite people for a relaxed, festive brunch built on our philosophy of honest gastronomy: the finest Australian produce, cooked over natural fire.
Begin with warm baguette, spiced butter and pecorino. Then choose between a bright Kingfish Crudo with pickled green tomato and purple basil, or Woodfired Prawns with miso butter and corn & chilli salsa.
For mains, savour a Spatchcock Ballotine with turkey & herb mousse, Paris mash and spiced salsa verde, or our Woodfired Snapper Fillet with Japanese mushrooms, furikake and beurre noisette. Shared sides of Summer Salad with macadamia and Thyme & Honey-Glazed Carrots with labneh and dukkah bring the table together.
Finish on a light, festive note with Coconut Blancmange, raspberry fragments and yoghurt snow.
Make it extra special with fresh oysters (half dozen $36 / dozen $70) or cocktail prawns with vodka sauce (6 pcs, $29).
