d47 Shokudo, operated by D&DEPARTMENT, is a restaurant themed around the 47 prefectures of Japan. We offer regional cuisine rooted in each prefecture, with set meals for lunch and a la carte dishes as a d47 bar in the evening, along with alcohol and drinks from across Japan. Enjoy regional cuisine from across Japan with a view of Shibuya.

A day in the kitchen begins with making dashi stock using carefully selected kelp and bonito flakes. The ingredients we use every day, including naturally grown vegetables and naturally fermented seasonings, are all from producers we know personally. We infuse our producers' passion into our dishes, passing on the reliable techniques and flavors that have been passed down through the generations to the next generation.
