◆ Cancellations or changes to the number of guests on the reservation on the day of your visit will incur a cancellation fee of 4,400 JPY per person (including tax), regardless of the reason. Please make any changes or cancellations by the day before your reservation.
◆ If you arrive more than 20 minutes after your reservation time, your reservation will be automatically canceled. If you are running late, please make sure to contact us in advance.
