Self Pick-up - Time: Tuesday to Sunday from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM - Location: Atelier Plume, 1F, Capella Taipei - Please collect your order on the confirmed date and time and present your order confirmation.
Changes to Pick-up Arrangements - Requests to amend a confirmed pick-up date or time must be submitted at least 36 hours before the original scheduled collection time. - All requests are subject to product freshness requirements, production status, availability, and confirmation by Atelier Plume. - Requests received less than 36 hours in advance cannot be guaranteed. - An approved change to collection arrangements does not permit changes to the products ordered.
Payment Terms - Full payment is required upon order confirmation. - Orders will only be confirmed upon successful receipt of payment.
Cancellation & Refund Policy - Once payment has been received and the order confirmed, cancellations, refunds, exchanges, or product amendments due to a change of mind will not be accepted, except where required by applicable law. - Changes to pick-up arrangements may be considered under the conditions stated above. - Fresh cakes, pastries, and other perishable products with a short shelf life are excluded from the statutory seven-day cooling-off period for distance purchases. - These conditions do not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products. Please contact Atelier Plume promptly if there is any issue with your order. - If Atelier Plume is unable to fulfil a confirmed order, guests will be offered an alternative arrangement or a refund for the unfulfilled order.
