RESERVATION HOLD TIME
• Reservations are held for 15 minutes. • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will be accommodated subject to the current flow of the dining service.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS AND ALLERGIES
• Our menu centers around seasonal meat selections and dairy products. • We are unable to accommodate fully vegetarian or vegan menus.
CHILDREN’S POLICY
• We welcome children aged 8 and above. Please plan your trip accordingly.
CORKAGE FEES
• Wine: TWD 1,500 / 750 mL • Spirits: TWD 2,500 / 750 mL
CAKE HANDLING FEE
• A TWD 1,000 handling fee applies to each cake not purchased from Capella Taipei.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY Please review the following terms before booking.
SPECIAL RESERVATIONS Special Reservations include public holidays and festive events, and special menus.
• Deposit: - A deposit equivalent to the minimum set menu price per guest is required upfront during reservation. - The deposit must be paid by credit card within the specified period to confirm the reservation. - Unpaid reservations will be automatically cancelled after the payment deadline. A new booking will be required. - Cancellation or modification fee will be deducted from the deposit. Any remaining balance will be refunded to the original credit card. - Please refer to our Cancellation Policy below.
GENERAL RESERVATIONS General Reservations include all bookings that do not fall under the Special Reservations category.
• Credit Card Authorization: - A valid credit-card authorization is required to secure the booking. - American Express is not accepted by the online system for card authorization. - No payment will be collected at the time of booking. - Please refer to our Cancellation Policy below.
CANCELLATION AND MODIFICATION FEES The following policy applies to both Special and General Reservations, including changes to the date, time, or number of guests:
• 7 days or more before the dining date: No cancellation fee • 4–6 days before the dining date: 50% of the applicable menu price • 1–3 days before the dining date, but more than 24 hours before the reservation time: 75% of the applicable menu price • Within 24 hours of the reservation time: 100% of the applicable menu price
