[Starting 9/15] SHIGA IMAGINATION DINNER COURSE
Available only from September 15 to November 30!
This is a dinner course for the “Shiga Exploration Imagination Fair,” held in conjunction with the pre-campaign of the Shiga DC titled “Abundance of Healing: Shiga Rhythm.”
We let our imagination run wild with Shiga’s charm and abundant local ingredients to create a colorful and delicious meal.
This 8-course dinner features Shiga-exclusive ingredients such as Lake Biwa delicacies and Omi beef, presented in FUTURE TRAIN style.
From appetizers served in a bento-box style, to Omi beef sukiyaki hamburgers finished by melting cotton candy over them, all the way to a dessert made from Hikone pears—this course lets you experience all the wonders of Shiga at once.

Three kinds of Shiga-style appetizers – served in a bento box style
・Handmade sushi balls with Se-biwa trout
・Fried eel strips
・Cream croquettes with shrimp and peas
Shiga’s local specialty popovers
Dip made from oshinko mayo and cream cheese, served like bread
Tartare made with biwa trout
Loaded potatoes topped with Teriyaki sauce flavored with Omi black chicken
Omi beef sukiyaki hamburger – served in cotton candy style
Tour of the waterways: tart poire with Hikone pears
※ For an additional 2,000 yen, unlimited drinks can be added.
