【 Announcements from the Restaurant 】

■ Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance.
Example: Reservations for July can be made starting April 1.
During peak periods such as Golden Week, no reservations are accepted.

■ We accept reservations for a maximum of 4 groups per day (window-side seats), and only for set menus.
※ Reservations are accepted for groups of 2 or more; all guests will be served the same set menu.
※ Seat-only reservations are not accepted.

■ Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seat preferences.

■ If you’re bringing children, please contact us by phone.

■ From October 20 to November 8, 2026, the ropeway will be temporarily closed for mandatory maintenance inspections.
Please note that no round-trip ropeway tickets will be provided for reservations made during this period.

■ From December 31, 2026, to January 3, 2027, we will only accept reservations starting at 16:00.
※ This is because our closing time is 18:00.

【 Important announcements from the restaurant 】

❶ For customers who reserve a set menu, we offer a complimentary round-trip ropeway ticket.
Round-trip tickets will be provided at the ticket counter on the 1st floor of the ropeway base station, so please inform the staff of your reservation name.
※ It is recommended to pick up your tickets about 30 minutes prior to your reserved time.

❂ Our restaurant is located within the facilities at the summit of Mount Hakodate.
In cases of bad weather, the ropeway may be temporarily suspended.
In such instances, you’ll need to reach the summit via bus or taxi; please keep this in mind.
The cost of transportation must be borne by the customers themselves.
※ Should the ropeway be suspended, we’ll notify you by phone or email.
※ During winter months when hiking trails are closed, the restaurant remains closed as well.

❸ Depending on weather conditions (fog, rain, snow, etc.), it may not be possible to enjoy the views.
Please refrain from canceling reservations due to unfavorable weather.
