▶A credit card is required to confirm your booking. The TableCheck hold is not a charge and will be released after your visit. Payment is made at the restaurant.
▶ Kindly let us know if you run late. If we do not hear from you until 15 minutes after your reservation time, we may cancel the reservation.
▶ Please note that seating preferences may not always be accommodated.
Groups of Nine or More
▶ Our group policy applies to reservations of 9 guests or more. Please contact gios@hhgjapan.com to make a booking. ▶ You will be asked to choose from one of the available set menus. ▶Cancellations made within 4 days of the reservation are subject to a 50% charge of the selected menu price per guest. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation, as well as no-shows, will incur a 100% charge of the selected menu price per guest.
