＜Important notes regarding reservations＞ ● This is the reservation page for Teppan Dining Yamanami in Hakuba Village, Nagano Prefecture. ● Please note that we may not be able to accommodate requests regarding seating arrangements. ● Due to kitchen capacity constraints, there is a limit to the number of guests we can serve at one time. The maximum number of guests per reservation—including children—is 8. Reservations for groups of 8 or more cannot be accepted. Even if two tables are reserved, they will be treated separately, with separate service and cooking processes. ● If multiple tables are reserved for different times, we cannot combine them or synchronize meal start times; please understand this in advance. ● If no contact is received from guests by 10 minutes past their reserved time, the reservation may be canceled automatically. In such cases, the standard cancellation fee will apply. Should you be delayed, please notify us via email as soon as possible. We recommend arranging transportation in advance. ● Cancellations made less than 6 hours prior to the reserved time incur a cancellation fee of ¥2,000 per person. ● For birthdays or anniversaries, we can prepare a dessert with a personalized message for an additional fee.
