A non-refundable fee of ¥500 per person is charged for the purchase, and refunds are not available in case of cancellation. If you need to change the date, time, or number of guests, please cancel and repurchase.

[What is FastPass]
FastPass allows you to be guided quickly into the venue via a dedicated FastPass lane even when there is a queue.
*This is not a seat reservation but a ticket that lets you stand at the front of the line.
Advance reservations and same-day purchases are available.
Please note that wait times may still occur depending on crowding and the status of guests who are already dining.

Reservation rules
● You may purchase for 1–5 people.
● If a child requires a seat, please include them in the headcount.
*If a child will be held on a lap and will not use a seat, no reservation is required.
● Even if you purchase a FastPass, we cannot guarantee that parties will be seated next to each other.
● Reservations are accepted from 3 days in advance.
● Each person is requested to order one bowl of ramen.
● If you arrive later than your designated time, your waiting time may be longer.
● Please arrive together as a complete party; the representative waiting alone is not permitted.
