【Reservation notes】
1. If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your reserved time, the reservation may be canceled. Please be sure to contact us if you’re running late.
2. We may contact you via mobile phone regarding confirmation or other matters.
3. Seat requests cannot be accommodated.
4. If you fail to arrive within 15 minutes of your reserved time without notice, we may give priority to guests already waiting.
5. Table usage is limited to 90 minutes; the final order must be placed 70 minutes after your reserved time.
6. During peak seasons (Golden Week, summer), hotel guests take priority. As a result, outside guests may be denied entry or asked to adjust their reservation times. Please understand this in advance.
