Cancellations and changes to reservations
Any changes or cancellations after booking must be made by the customer themselves. >>Click here for instructions.
＊A cancellation fee will be charged starting two hours prior to the reserved date and time.
＊If we are unable to reach you 15 minutes after the reserved time, the reservation will be treated as canceled, and a cancellation fee (4,000 yen per person) will apply. Additionally, since we need to accommodate other waiting guests, we won’t be able to provide seating for you.
● If you expect to be late, please inform us via e-mail by 5:00 PM.
Should the number of guests decrease by two or more persons, a cancellation fee of 4,000 yen will apply.

● Please note that we do not accept reservations for large groups (7 or more people).
● Hie is a Japanese pub for adults only.
● Children are not permitted in the establishment.
● Each guest is required to order at least one drink; there is also a cover charge of 350 yen.

For customers planning to use taxis
● Demand for taxis within Hakuba Village is high, and it’s common for customers to be unable to secure one as planned. Please make advance reservations to ensure you arrive on time. >> Click here for transportation information in Hakuba Village.
● When entering your personal information, please provide a mobile phone email address so we can contact you on the day of your visit. *Be careful to enter the email address correctly; otherwise, you won’t receive confirmation emails or important notices on the day of your visit.
