[Regarding Reservations]
● To verify customer information, we require card details at the time of booking; however, payment is actually collected in-store on the day of your visit.
● For safety and security reasons, debit cards and prepaid cards cannot be used at our restaurant. Please provide credit card information instead.
● Last-minute reservations (on the same day or the following day) can only be made by phone.
● Seating may be arranged in a private counter booth. Please note that specific seating requests cannot always be accommodated.

[Regarding Food Service]
● For children aged 10 and under, children’s meals (5,500 yen each) are available. If desired, please specify the quantity and ages of the children. Children who will be having adult meals should be counted as adults when making the reservation.
● Bamboo shoots (spring), eel (summer), and soft-shell turtle (year-round) can be requested. Please indicate your preferences in the request section during booking.

[Cancellation Policy]
● Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled reservation time will incur a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the course price, regardless of the reason (including COVID-19, influenza, etc.).
The only exception is if physical inability to attend is due to natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, in which case proof (e.g., transportation delay notification) must be provided to waive the cancellation fee.
● If you fail to arrive within 30 minutes of your reserved time without prior notice, the reservation will be treated as canceled, and a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the course price will apply.
● Reservations may be canceled if the phone number or email address provided is incorrect. Please ensure all information entered is accurate.

[Course Pricing]
● Due to fluctuating crab procurement costs, the final payment amount on the day of your visit may exceed the originally quoted course price.

●For guests reserving courses featuring live Matsuba crabs
Due to soaring crab procurement costs, courses including live Matsuba crabs will incur an additional charge of 10,000 yen from December 10 to January 10. Prices may be adjusted further depending on market conditions.
