Currently, we accept reservation until the date of 30th/04/2025
We only accept cashless dining payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, E-wallet).
Terms and Conditions/Cancellation Policy
1. If you would like to cancel, update/change your reservation details, please contact us through Whatsapp (+60125049143).
2 For reservations of more than 9 people, please contact us directly.
3. Corkage fees of RM 50 apply, excluding taxes.
4. Menu items are subject to 10% service charges and 6% SST.
5. The seating time is limited to 2.5 hours (Kindly allow us to notify you within 2.5 hours during busy periods)
6. KAPPA Kaisen Izakaya is pork and lard free. Food may contain alcohol.
7. .Customers who remain uncontactable and unreachable exceeding 20 minutes of booking time will be considered as a "NO SHOW"and we may guide the waiting customers.
