Le Pristine Restaurant Tokyo will be presenting a new series, "Italian Region," created by Michelin-starred chef Sergio Herman, throughout the year.
In July, August, and September, the focus will be on the Southern Italian regions of Puglia, Sardinia, and Sicily.
Combining the natural flavors of the ingredients with the essence of his roots in the sea, Le Pristine has expressed the Southern Italian summer in its own unique way, using Japanese seafood and seasonal ingredients.
To further elevate the experience, our award-winning sommelier has selected a unique wine pairing, carefully curated to complement each course.
