【Orders】
• Please place an order for shaved ice according to the number of guests.
• Depending on order volume, some items may be sold out. Please kindly understand this in advance.

【Reservation Rules】
• At the time of reservation, we cannot accommodate requests for counter or table seating. Please note this in advance.
• Reservations can be made up to 30 days in advance.
• The allowed stay at a seat is 50 minutes. Please understand this in advance.
Even if you arrive late for your reserved time, the departure time remains unchanged. Please be aware of this.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reserved time, we regret to inform you that your reservation will be cancelled. Please understand this in advance.

【Changes to Date/Time or Number of Guests】
• Should there be any changes to the date, time, or number of guests, we kindly ask that you cancel the current reservation and make a new one.

【Payment】
• On the day of your visit, payment can be made in cash, by card, or via various cashless methods (electric money, transportation IC cards, QR codes).

※Even if all reserved slots are fully booked, seats may still be available on the day; please come to the store directly.

【Cancellation Policy】
• For cancellations made within 24 hours of the reserved date and time, the following cancellation fees will apply.
Based on the scheduled arrival time, the applicable cancellation fee will be charged as follows:

＜For reservations of regular seating only＞
• Within 24 hours: ¥2,000 per person

＜For private room reservations＞
• Within 24 hours: ¥8,000 per group

＜For semi-private room reservations＞
• Within 24 hours: ¥5,000 per group
