Located on the basement floor, this restaurant is bathed in natural light and named after the French word for stage, "scene." Based on the design concept of Mercure Tokyo Hibiya, which is "theater stage art," this restaurant was created with the hope that it would become an important "scene" in the drama of the lives of its customers.
