Please read the following notices carefully before making your reservation.

■ Course start times
We operate on a “simultaneous start” system, meaning all guests begin their courses at the same time. Please arrive on time. (Guests may enter the restaurant 15 minutes prior to the start time.)

Lunch: Courses begin at 11:30. *Starting in October, the lunch start time has been changed.
Dinner: Courses begin at 18:00.

■ Seating arrangements
There are only 6 counter seats available. If you’d like to reserve the entire space for more than 6 guests, please contact us by phone.

◾️ Allergies and food restrictions
While we do our best to accommodate special requests, guests with severe allergies or intolerances to dairy products, eggs, all vegetables, all seafood, and all types of meat are kindly asked not to make reservations due to the nature of our cuisine. Please understand this in advance.

■ Duration of stay
The average duration of a course is 2.5 to 3 hours. This may vary depending on how quickly you eat; please allow ample time for your visit.

■ Directions to the restaurant
Please inform us of your mode of transportation. In particular, if you’re traveling by Shinkansen or train, please also let us know your planned return time.

■ Guidelines for visitors
• Please refrain from wearing perfumes, body creams, or other items with strong scents.
• Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises, including the parking lot and surrounding farmland. (This includes e-cigarettes as well.)
• Children aged 10 and older who can enjoy the same course as adults at a similar pace are welcome.

■ Reservations
Reservations can be made up to 40 days in advance.
