● Customers over 14 and under 16 years old should come to the store accompanied by a guardian. We do not allow customers under the age of 14 to enter the store. We may ask you to check your ID when you enter the store..
● Advance reservations are available one month in advance. Reservations can be made up to 15 minutes in advance
● All tickets are for one hour slots. (*This one hour period includes the time the customer enters and leaves the store.
● If you wish to stay for more than one hour, please purchase tickets for two consecutive slots.
● Even if you are late, you will leave the store at the end of the slot you have reserved.
● You will enter after the customer in the previous slot has left. There is no waiting space, so please arrive at the starting time.
