Thank you very much for choosing ORAN. Before making a reservation, we kindly ask that you read the following information carefully. By completing your reservation, you are considered to have agreed to the terms below.
■ Reservation Changes & Cancellation Policy Please contact us at least 2 days in advance for any changes or cancellations.
For cancellations made on the day before or the day of the reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply:
・Table reservation only: ¥3,300 per person ・Course reservation: 100% of the course price
We kindly ask that cancellation fees be settled within one week.
If we are unable to confirm your arrival within 15 minutes of your reservation time, we may contact you by phone. If we cannot reach you, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation.
■ Reservation & Dining Information In the case of a no-show without notice, we may decline future reservations.
Reservations may be canceled if the registered phone number or email address is incorrect.
For first-time guests booking for 5 or more people, we may ask you to choose a course menu.
We will do our best to accommodate seating requests; however, we may not always be able to meet all requests.
During busy hours, seating may be limited to 2 hours.
■ About Children From June 2026, we kindly ask that preschool-aged children refrain from visiting our restaurant.
As ORAN is a small counter-centered restaurant with an open kitchen, we have made this decision out of consideration for the atmosphere of the space as well as safety concerns.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
■ Other Information Pets are not permitted inside the restaurant.
To ensure all guests can fully enjoy the aromas of our food and wine, we kindly ask that you avoid wearing strong perfumes or fragrances.
