We will be offering carefully selected ingredients, including Scottish lobster blue, which captivates gourmets from around the world, and Murakami beef from Niigata Prefecture, one of Japan's leading brands of wagyu beef. Teppanyaki chef Ryotaro Hirachi will take a different approach from our regular menu, preparing a special menu that brings out the best in the ingredients. Enjoy the meal paired with wines selected by our sommelier.
