Due to renovation work on the rooms in Building 4, the dining venue has been changed to “Seijin” in Building 6. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and appreciate your understanding. Although the system may display “Azeria” as the restaurant name, please note that the actual venue will be “Seijin”.

[Reservations]
Reservations can be made for both breakfast and dinner (however, breakfast reservations are not accepted during winter). If you arrive without a reservation, you may have to wait depending on the level of crowding. (Priority is given to guests with reservations.)
▶ Even when booking a stay package that includes meals, the fee will still be displayed on the confirmation screen; however, no payment is required.

[Reservation Periods]
Breakfast: From 2:00 P.M., 6 days prior to the date of use, until 5:00 P.M. the day before.
Dinner: From 2:00 P.M., 5 days prior to the date of use, until 5:00 P.M. on the day of use.

▶ For guests wishing to make multiple-day reservations consecutively, we accept such requests via telephone on the first day reservations become available (5 days prior to the first date of use).
▶ If your desired time slot isn’t available on the selected date, it may be because it’s before the reservation start date, all slots have been booked, or it’s an excluded date. Additionally, reservations limited solely to children’s menus cannot be accepted.

▶ Seat assignments are determined upon arrival based on availability; therefore, special seat requests cannot be accommodated in advance. Various special requests (birthday cakes, anniversary plates, kids’ birthday packages, etc.) also cannot be arranged through online reservations; please call us by 3:00 P.M. two days prior to your visit to make such arrangements.
▶ Upon arrival, we may ask to see the “Reservation Confirmation Email” on your device.
▶ If you fail to contact us even after a delay of 15 minutes past your reserved time, we may be unable to provide seating.
▶ For groups of 7 or more people, please make separate reservations or contact the restaurant directly.
▶ Menu items may change depending on ingredient availability.
