Information about Reservation Policy Prepayment & Confirmation: To secure your reservation, full prepayment of the MACHRI Tasting Menu at THB 3,990++ per person is required at the time of booking. The prepayment covers the tasting menu only. Beverages, supplements and any additional spending will be settled at the restaurant on the day of dining. Your reservation is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and confirmation has been issued. Please ensure that your contact information is correct at the time of booking.
Changes & Cancellation: Reservation date or time changes may be made up to 48 hours (2 days) prior to the dining date, subject to availability. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the dining date are eligible for a refund, subject to a 3% deduction for payment/platform processing fees. For cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours prior to the dining date, we regret that we are unable to offer a refund or reschedule the reservation. No-shows are non-refundable. As our ingredients are carefully sourced and prepared in advance for each confirmed guest, we sincerely appreciate your understanding of this policy.
Group Reservations: Online reservations are available according to the maximum party size shown on TableCheck. For larger parties, private dining, or special arrangements, please contact MACHRI directly.
Allergies & Dietary Requirements: Please inform us of all food allergies and dietary requirements at the time of booking. As our tasting menu is carefully composed and ingredients are prepared in advance, certain allergies, dietary restrictions or extensive substitutions may not be possible. For severe or life-threatening allergies, please contact the restaurant prior to completing your reservation so our team can advise whether we can safely accommodate your requirements.
Children's Dining: Young guests are warmly welcome at MACHRI. For children who will not be having the full tasting menu, our chefs offer a choice of Chef Tap's Crab Omelette with Steamed Jasmine Rice or Chef Tap's Style of Carbonara. Please inform us of any children's meals at least 48 hours prior to your reservation so that our kitchen may prepare accordingly. Children enjoying the full MACHRI tasting menu will be charged the regular menu price. Dress Code: Our dress code is Smart Casual. Closed-toe shoes are required, and shorts are not permitted. We kindly ask guests to refrain from beachwear, sportswear and overly casual attire.
Corkage Policy: Guests are welcome to bring their own wine. A corkage fee of THB 2,000++ per bottle applies. Corkage is waived on a one-for-one basis: for every bottle purchased from the MACHRI wine list, we will waive the corkage fee for one bottle brought by the guest.
Arrival: We kindly recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your reservation time to enjoy the MACHRI experience in full. As our tasting menu follows a carefully considered sequence and pace, late arrivals may require certain courses to be adjusted or omitted. Tables will be held for up to 30 minutes from the confirmed reservation time. After this period, the reservation may be considered a no-show.
Menus & Pricing: MACHRI's menu follows the seasonality and availability of ingredients. Individual dishes or ingredients may therefore change without prior notice. All prices are subject to 10% service charge and 7% government tax, unless otherwise stated.
